    The project is almost empty and without any C# scripts or input bindings. The spinning rect is for showing the lag.

    - Enter play mode and use a touch pad to click and drag around, nothing wrong.
    - Connect a mouse via USB and click drag using a mouse, the game lags whenever there is a movement when the mouse is holding down.
    - When opening Profiler the problem does not occurs.
