Oh, additionally I just found that when Stats window is open the problem
will be more pronounced, while if Profiler open the problem is less
The degree of lag goes kind of like this :
No profiler : 1 (less lag but still lags)
No profiler + stats : 10 (The most lag possible)
With profiler : 4
With profiler + stats : 9
And the mouse movement matters
When I move the cursor in a circular fashion : I can keep the lag on as
long as I want. It does not even needs to be fast, but have to be
When I move back and forth in any direction : The lag disappears at the
moment I change direction.
When I move the mouse straight in one direction : I can keep the lag like
with the circular way until I physically run out of space to move the mouse
on my desk, not on the screen. Even with the mouse stuck at screen's edge I
can still keep the lag as long as the actual mouse on my desk keeps moving
and not changing direction. However the click has to begin in the Game
screen, then it can goes out of that area.
Lastly, clicking on the Scene panel also produce this problem.
This video demonstrate all of this :
