PlayableBehaviour.PrepareFrame -- FrameData has incorrect EvaluationType flag in Edit mode.

    1. What happened
    A custom PlayableBehaviour was implemented.
An incorrect EvaluationType flag is passed to the PrepareFrame function in PlayableBehaviour.

    2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
In the visual studio solution, place a breakpoint at line 21 of TestPlayable.cs
Attach the Visual Studio solution to the Unity executable.
In Unity, show the timeline window, and select the MainCamera to view the Main Camera Timeline.
Play the timeline while in Edit mode.
When the breakpoint is hit in visual studio, inspect the value of info.evaluationType -- It will be set to Evaluate, whereas one would expect Playback (since the timeline is in a playback state).

The same steps can be followed while Unity is in Play mode, and the info.evaluationType flag will be set to Playback, as expected.
