    EditorApplication.delayCall does not work in the command line

    1. What happened
    After upgrading to Unity 5.5, some of my scripts no longer work from the command line. Turns out that EditorApplication.delayCall no longer works.

    2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
    1) Run the following command line using the attached project: "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe" -batchmode -nographics -logfile mylog.txt -projectPath "D:\Unity\Unity 5 projects\CommandLineDelayCall" -executeMethod MyDelayedCall.MyMethod
    2) Look inside mylog.txt. You can see that only MyMethod is called. MyDelayedMethod is never run. (see attached mylog5.5.txt)
    3) Trying this using Unity 5.4.0f3 works as expected (see mylog5.4.txt attached)
