I think there could be a more specific note about WebGL builds failing due to anti-virus programs in that thread (unless I missed it).
It would be even better if unity detected a hung build and timed out, offering suggestions to fix the problem. Requiring the user to diagnose the problem (I had heard web builds took a long time so I waited a LOT) and then go searching for solutions is not very user friendly...
