    Some Android Devices has graphic issue when texture is rectangle( eg.128x64 ) and set "Generate Mip Maps" ON.

    1. What happened

    when texture is rectangle( eg.128x64 ) *exception square
    and "Generate Mip Maps" is ON.
    the texture was draw black color only.

    reproduce limit android device.
    i reproduce this issue at BASIO KYV32 ( only for japan )

    * not reproduce at Unity5.5.0f3

    2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached

    Open the attached project. build and run it.

    In Editor. the green color texture was show.
    but in BASIO KYV32 will display black color.
