    1. What happened

    When used tangent.w in shader.
    tangent.w was different result between Unity2017 and Unity2018
    (maybe only reproduce in Particle System Renderer Mode [Billboard])

    2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
    Open the sample project and Play it.

    this sample is render the Tangent.w value to display.

    in Unity2017
    Particle System : Renderer Mode [Billboard] was display the black color

    but, in Unity2018
    Particle System : Renderer Mode [Billboard] was display the white color
